A soft drawstring bag sized for a single 100g skein and a sock in progress. It cinches shut with a cotton cord, so nothing escapes into the rest of your handbag, and it weighs next to nothing.
Washed cotton and linen, unlined so it can be hand washed when a skein misbehaves. The base is boxed so the bag stands up on its own while you knit from it.

Tracking has not moved since the day it was handed over and support could only tell me to wait longer. The product.little-skein-drawstring-bag.name may well be lovely when it arrives, but I ordered it for a birthday and that has now passed. Two emails in and no usable answer.
I have shoulder problems and most project bags dig in after twenty minutes. I carried the product.little-skein-drawstring-bag.name around a yarn festival for six hours and forgot I was wearing it. The webbing is wide and slightly padded where it meets the shoulder, and the strap is long enough to go crossbody without strangling me.
The product.little-skein-drawstring-bag.name is well made, no argument there. But it is shallower than I expected and my interchangeable needle case does not fit upright, so it has to lie diagonally and takes up most of the space. Fine for a small project, frustrating for a big one.
The listed capacity on the product.little-skein-drawstring-bag.name is optimistic. With one 100g skein in it there is no room for my pattern folder, and the sides bulge so the zip becomes a two-hand job. If you knit sweaters, look at the larger size.
Shipping to the Netherlands took eleven days and I paid about nine euros in import VAT, which the checkout estimate had already flagged. The product.little-skein-drawstring-bag.name is lovely and the measurements were accurate. Half a star off only because I would like a plastic-free option that is also waterproof.
What happens if the size is wrong? Can I exchange it?

Do you repair bags if a seam fails after a few years?
Yes. Every piece carries a lifetime repair promise: send it back and our studio will restitch or replace the hardware at no cost, you only cover postage one way. We would much rather mend it than sell you another.
How many 100g skeins fit comfortably, with the needles still in?
Two 100g skeins with a printed pattern folder, or three if you pack them side by side and skip the folder. With a 100g skein and a full set of interchangeable tips it still zips closed without strain.
