Solid brass markers with a smooth, snag-free join and a weight that keeps them from flipping over your work. Unlike plastic, they do not develop a burr and they do not disappear into the carpet quietly.
Buy a single marker, a pair, or a set of four in a felt wallet. The larger sizes work on needles up to 10mm; the small ones are designed for sock and lace weight.

One 100g skein, one set of DPNs, and it still has room for a small notebook. The product.brass-stitch-marker-set.name is the first bag I have owned that does not feel oversized for a small project. It sits flat on my lap while I work.
The product.brass-stitch-marker-set.name is fine and the delivery estimate was accurate, but the import charges to my country came to nearly a third of the order value on top. I understand that the checkout figure is an estimate, but it was a long way off and it has put me off ordering from abroad again.
Tracking has not moved since the day it was handed over and support could only tell me to wait longer. The product.brass-stitch-marker-set.name may well be lovely when it arrives, but I ordered it for a birthday and that has now passed. Two emails in and no usable answer.
The outside of the product.brass-stitch-marker-set.name is sturdy and the stitching is neat. The inside lining, though, is a light cotton with no interlining, so pointy needle tips poke through if you are not careful. I added a felt insert myself and it is fine now.
Love the product.brass-stitch-marker-set.name. The only thing I would add is a small inner pocket with a zip for stitch markers, because right now my markers migrate to the bottom of the main compartment. Everything else — the weight, the lining, the handles — is spot on.
Do you offer gift wrapping and can you leave the price off the packing slip?
Yes to both. Gift wrap is a paid option at checkout and packing slips never show prices. If you add a gift note we will hand-write it on our studio card and leave the slip out entirely.
Is the strap long enough to wear crossbody over a winter coat?
The shoulder strap adjusts from 78cm to 132cm, which we tested over a padded coat. If you are taller than about 190cm and want it fully crossbody, choose the crossbody style option rather than the tote handles.
How many crochet hooks fit, including the bulky ergonomic handles?
The fourteen-hook size fits 14 standard hooks up to 6mm, or 10 if you use chunky ergonomic handles because they are wider. The twenty-hook size is the one to choose for a full ergonomic set.
Is there a left-handed version?
Not yet, and we hear you. The hook roll slots are angled for right-handed use. A mirrored version is on our list for next year — add your email to the restock alert and we will tell you when it exists.
